Frequently Asked Questions
DO I HAVE TO HAVE A PELOTON ACCOUNT TO RIDE AT YOUR STUDIO?
To book your class on the studio booking site you will need to create a studio username and password. If you already have a Peloton subscription and account, we recommend that you register the same details for ease. You do not have to be a Peloton subscriber to attend a class, but you will still need to create a studio username and password.
If you have a Peloton subscription you will be able to use your existing Login on the Bike in our studio. If you arrive at the studio and you have forgotten your password, don’t worry you will still be able to ride with us using a Guest login. But your metrics and milestones will not be recorded.
DO YOU OFFER GROUP CLASSES?
Please reach out to our community team at email@example.com to discuss further. Someone on our team will respond within 1-2 business days.
IS THIS A CYCLING STUDIO?
This is our UK production facility, a filming space that focuses on delivering the best possible ride experience to our global audience. You will be part of the lights, camera and action! You will recognise everything you expect from a regular cycling studio and you are guaranteed a great workout. However, TV production is the priority so don’t come expecting a spa experience - those extra levels of luxury will come when we move to our Covent Garden facility in 2020.
IT’S MY FIRST TIME AT PELOTON, HOW SHOULD I PREPARE?
Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the session in activewear and ready to sweat. We will ask you to sign a waiver before your first class.
DO I NEED TO BRING SHOES AND WATER TO THE CLASS?
Bike shoes will be provided but if you wish to bring your own, our Bike pedals are compatible with LOOK Delta and SPD cleats. We don’t hand out water bottles as our interim studio is a plastic free zone. We have a water fountain so please bring and refill your own water bottle. Most importantly, come with a positive mindset and a desire to get the best possible workout.
IS IT PERMITTED TO BRING CHILDREN OR PETS?
The minimum age for riding in the studio is 13 years old, and the minimum height is 4'11". Children riding in the studio must be accompanied by a legal Guardian, and the Guardian will be asked to sign our waiver form on the Child's behalf prior to the ride. There are no creche facilities at the Studio and it is not permitted to leave children unaccompanied in the Reception area during the classes.
Pets are not permitted in the building.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I SHOW UP LATE?
We have a very strict late policy and will not let riders into the studio after a class has begun and is live streaming. Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the start of class to check in and set up your Bike. We reserve the right to release any Bikes reserved by a rider who has not checked in 10 minutes prior to the start of class.
HOW DO I CANCEL A RESERVATION?
If you need to cancel your place in the class, we ask that you do so more than 24-hours in advance as a courtesy to other riders. You can cancel by logging into your account, heading to the ‘My Classes’ page, clicking the drop-down and choosing ‘cancel’. Alternatively please email the interim studio using the 'Contact Us' details below. The same policy applies to waitlist reservations.
CAN I PICK THE BIKE I WANT TO SIT ON?
Bikes are allocated on arrival and you might be moved due to the needs of production.
